About Our Wine Tastings

Paces & Vine features some of the most exciting wine tastings and events in the Atlanta area. Join our Wine Specialist Madison Gibbs every Wednesday night at 6:30 for a walk & talk through Hand-Selected Wine Tastings, Small-Plate Wine-Pairing Dinners, and full, 4-Course Wine Dinners. Each week features a different theme like specific, regional tastings (i.e. Napa Valley or Tuscany), Wine & Cheese Pairings, and Winemaker Dinners!

Wine Tastings and Events at Paces & Vine are perfect for many occasions from Girls’ Night Out, to Dinner Dates, to Client Entertaining! Light snacks are provided at our normal tastings, but we encourage you to order a la carte dinner or appetizers during the tasting to fully appreciate the wine/food connection. Our Wine Dinners are prix fixe dinners.

SAMUEL BILLAUD CHABLIS 2018 - Burgundy, France - $34 Unoaked, crisp, elegant, yet open and ready to drink Chablis from a rising star in Northern Burgundy. Sustainable and organic! After working his way up in his family's winery Billaud-Simone (since 1815!), Samuel is now making top-class, minimal intervention chardonnay under his own name, and is poised to be one of the great names of Chablis. Top critic Neal Martin even said: “We should see him...at the top of Chablis producers alongside...Raveneau and Vincent Dauvissat.” [That's basically the Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan of Chablis] I love all levels of Samuel's wines, and this is a dynamite entry-level Chablis from a future legend of Burgundy. Citrus, green apple, chalk, and light floral notes with mouthwatering salinity just screaming to be enjoyed with shellfish. Try this out, and if you love it, ask about the Grand Crus Billaud we're hiding!
